Nigeria Market Head

George Olaiya

George Olaiya is currently the UK Managing Director for Admiralty Homes, a successful real estate company with offices in Nigeria, the UK, and the USA. Admiralty Homes has been active in property development and construction since 2005, during which time it has built over 450 dwellings across Nigeria. Over 70% of Admiralty Homes properties are sold to Nigerians in the diaspora. Mr. George Olaiya is tasked with delivering numbers and managing the UK market for the company.

 

Prior to this position, he spent over 20 years in the UK retail industry, some of this at various managerial levels for Comet Electrical and Dreams UK, during which he successfully managed multi-million-pound stores, growing the business year on year and improving key performance indicators.

 

Mr. George Olaiya is privileged to partner with the National Leadership Association as the head of African Market based out of Nigeria.

Betty Sinyan 

Betty serves as Project Director for a prestigious leadership company in Dubai, specializing in programs for C-level executives, founders, entrepreneurs, and ministers worldwide. With a background working with NGOs in Gambia and a deep understanding of the African market, Betty brings a global perspective and a unique ability to manage high-profile projects. She excels in coordinating complex initiatives, fostering collaboration, and ensuring each program is tailored to the specific needs of elite leaders. Betty’s commitment to excellence and her strategic approach make her integral to delivering impactful and transformative leadership experiences.

Lolley Sinyan

Lolley brings extensive experience in business management and events management, having successfully led teams, optimized operations, and delivered impactful events. Her business management expertise includes strategic planning, resource allocation, and fostering client relationships, while her events management background spans end-to-end planning, logistics coordination, and crafting exceptional attendee experiences. This unique combination allows Lolley to drive both business growth and event excellence seamlessly.
